Tasks of the Section:
1. Organizing visits of the Rector and Vice Rectors abroad and coordinating the stay of official delegations and guests of the University from abroad;
2. Handling of the University's foreign correspondence, as determined by the Rector and Vice Rectors;
3. Handling administrative and organizational matters related to international cooperation of the University including:
- Coordinating the conclusion of bilateral agreements and cooperation agreements with the partners of the Catholic University of Lublin.
- Cooperation with relevant units of the Catholic University in matters related to the organization of the permanence of foreign academic teachers and representatives of institutions (including visiting professors).
- Coordination of recruitment and implementation of the summer Italian language course in Siena and the scholarship of the Sacro Cuore University in Milan.
4. Handling the University's membership in international organizations;
5. Participation in the process of soliciting and handling donations from abroad;
Academic Mobility Section

Tasks of the Section:
1. Handling of Erasmus+ Higher Education – Action 1 "Mobility" projects KA131 and KA171 (bilateral agreements, student departures/entries for part of studies, departures/entries for internships, staff departures/entries for teaching, staff departures/entries for training purposes, support activities for the organization of student and staff exchanges, promotion and information about the program);
2. Organization and administrative support for the departure/arrival of students, doctoral students, employees within the framework of other international exchange programs (Central European Program of University Studies CEEPUS, National Agency for Academic Exchange NAWA – Ivanovskaya, Bekker, Ulam programs, grants from the Visegrad Fund, Adams Fellowship Program – Nanovic Institute, Fulbright grant, German Academic Exchange Service DAAD);
3. Preparation and implementation of its own projects on the mobility of students and employees ("Mobility of Students and Employees" under the Scholarship and Training Fund, "Foreign mobility of students with disabilities and in difficult financial situation" financed from the budget of the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development (OP WER));
4.Elaboration and dissemination of information on offers and opportunities for mobility, travel, internships abroad (including its own website, contacts with employees, organization of information meetings, trainings, workshops for employees and students of the Catholic University of Lublin);
5. Handling bilateral projects;
6. Preparation of statistical data and reports on international exchanges for internal and external needs, e.g. National Agency, MEiN, NAWA, rankings, etc.;
International Promotion Section

Tasks of the section:
1. Creating the image of the University abroad in cooperation with relevant units of the University;
2. Conducting activities related to the promotion of the University's English-language educational offer abroad, cooperation with institutions and organizations catholic and secular, participation in international educational and promotional events;
3. Entering into agreements and cooperation with foreign recruiters;
4. Maintaining the University's website and social media in English concerning the offer of English-language studies;
5. Acquiring projects to internationalize the University under programs announced by NAWA;
6. Cooperation with relevant units of the University in developing audio-video materials and printed materials and graphics in English for foreign promotion including the website, social media, information and promotional materials on English-language educational offers;
7.Cooperation with the Rector's representatives for collaboration with foreign entities as well as departmental and faculty coordinators for promotion;
8. Running of the International Student Support Center
