The Student Government of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration is intertwined with the University structure. It has been appointed to defend and represent the students' interests and win their commitment to the life of the faculty and University. The Student Government gathers the leaders of all the classes, members of the Catholic University Student Parliament, and other students' representatives.

The government works closely with students' academic circles operating at the faculty, as well as with other University organizations, such as the University Student Government or the Catholic University Student Parliament.
