2022 r. Prof. Dr hab. Paweł Nowik obtained a University Professor degree.

2017 r. Dr hab. Paweł Nowik obtained a Postdoctoral Degree in Law in 2017 at the Faculty of Law, Canon Law, and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin. His Postdoctoral dissertation “Pojęcie równowagi prawnej w zbiorowym prawie pracy” (The concept of legal equilibrium in collective labour law) was reviewed by prof. Tadeusz Kuczyński, prof. Michał Seweryński, prof. Anna Musiała, and prof. Małgorzata Gersdorf.

2007 r. Dr hab. Paweł Nowik obtained a Ph.D. in Law in 2007 at the Faculty of Law, Canon Law, and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin. His doctoral dissertation “Negocjacyjny system kształtowania wynagrodzenia za pracę w Polsce” (Negotiating system of shaping remuneration for work in Poland) was prepared under the supervision of prof. Grzegorz Goździewicz and reviewed by prof. Teresa Liszcz (UMCS in Lublin), prof. Jan Wojtyła (UE in Katowice).
