International Conference
«Current legal challenges:
exploring digitalization’s impact
on private and public law»
The aim of the conference is to critically examine the evolving landscape of legal practices in the digital age and identify solutions to address emerging complexities and opportunities in both private and public legal domains.
The Conference will be held on November 24, 2023, hosted by the Department of Private Law, Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, Ukraine, in hybrid format (also online via Zoom).
It aims to bring together scientists, researchers, activists and practitioners from the academia and industry for the purpose of developing scientific ideas, sharing experiences, discussing important issues, and identifying innovative strategies to improve legislation.
The Organizing Committee is gearing up for an exciting and informative conference, which shall include the keynote and plenary session, research presentations, recognition awards, industry talks, and high standard publication opportunities.
The conference provides a wonderful opportunity to enhance your knowledge and share ideas on the newest interdisciplinary approaches to the studied issues.
The conference will feature renowned speakers representing both academia and industry, which are experts in the main topic.
Please be informed that the abstract submission deadline is November 15, 2023.
Each proposal (around 1000 words) accompanied by a short biography of the author(s) should be sent to privatelawdep@chnu.edu.ua.
