1. Workshops “Supporting the development of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in public school environment”:
a). preparing school employees for working with children diagnosed with ASD. Target group: employees of public schools.
b). ASD: causes, symptoms, specific functioning of people with ASD, cognitive strenghts and potential for developement. Target group: employees of public schools.
c). difficult behaviour of people with ASD: types of difficult behaviour, diagnosis, methods of cooperation. Target group: teachers of public schools.
d). "My ASD classmate" workshop. Target group: pupils in classes attended by children with ASD.
e). child with ASD. Target group: parents of pupils, who are classmates of child with ASD.
2. "Pedagogical and management innovations in schools" workshops:
a). innovation as a task of school and teacher - identifying the issues,
b). didactic and methodological innovations in teaching subject,
c). educational innovations,
d). innovations in communication and management, verbal and non-verbal.
3. “Ways of teaching key competences in mathematics at the basic level":
trainings for teachers of early school education in Lubelskie district. Trainings can take place as part of pedagogical councils at school premises or as courses at the University:
a). building key competences of pupils in the entry classes of primary schools,
b). key competences according to the recommendations of the Council of the European Union,
c). psychological development of entry level primary school pupil as a factor determining the development of their key competences,
d). practical solutions in teaching mathematics as a subject developing child's key competences.
4. Workshops for head teachers, teachers and pupils: "How to make volunteering work at public school".
a). volunteering at school: standards and regulations; target group: headmasters and teachers,
b). how to start and manage a volunteer club in school; target group: teachers interested in supporting volunteering in school,
c). how to be a volunteer; target group: children interested in volunteering.
5. Programmes of ethics-focused education for first grades of elementary school. Target group: primary schools in Poland and Polish schools abroad:
a). the concept of ethics-oriented education;
b). the need for ethics-oriented education for first grades of elementary school;
c). the function of ethics-oriented education in the integral development of person;
d). didactic programmes for three basic axiological structures:
1st structure formed by a set of values related to the person: dignity, reason - wisdom, freedom, responsibility, capacity for love and capacity for transcendence;
2nd structure formed by values related to the different layers of human development: biological, psychological, sociological, culture-related,
3rd structure, related to identity (values embedded in the culture of the local and national community).
6. Training in Cued Speech Method adapted for Polish Language. Presentation of the international model of PCSM in education of children and youths with hearing impairments.
