The scope of research:

  • Application of artificial neural networks in cryptography and usage of artificial intelligence in speech recognition issues.

  • Cyber security, with particular regard to: IT network protection, database and infrastructure protection, unauthorized access and identity management. In addition, taking into account the direction of monitoring and risk assessment in real time.

  • Development of the theory of reconfigurable computer systems design and new methods of information processing in these systems as well as new types of computer architecture and high-performance computer means based on it, the principles of their structural organization and operation.

  • Development of theoretical principles and means for computer devices automatic synthesis in reconfigurable hardware platforms of smart sensors and actuators in cyber-physical systems.

  • Design of new architecture types, information processing methods and design principles of parallel application-specific processors for execution of algorithms, invariant to the data structure.

  • Research of new methods and techniques within structured and object-oriented approaches to systems analysis and design. Use of AI and ML in management of an enterprise especially in relation to its security.

  • Research on the development of adaptive filters, both in terms of improving performance computing and increase the ability to remove noise from digital images. Investigating properties and comparing different digital filters to develop optimization that allows more effective noise reduction without edge blur and image preparation for segmentation and further analysis.

  • Usage of programming in computer graphics and animation. Interactive multimedia installations based on 3D projection mapping, analysing data from sensors, game development and computer animations.
